Bonnie Dougall – Managing Partner, Luxury Properties BVI

Bonnie has been involved with real estate in both Canada and the BVI for over 34 years. Born in Alberta Canada, she attended the University of Alberta, obtaining a BSc with honors in Computing Science. After meeting her husband, Fred Warrilow, an experienced renovator, they began to invest in buying, renovating, renting, and selling real estate in the Toronto area of Ontario Canada for over 15 years. Upon a sailing trip to the BVI in 1987, Bonnie and Fred bought their BVI tropical beach house and have been addicted to the BVI ever since.

In 2002, Bonnie moved permanently to the BVI. She worked for various BVI realty companies finding both renters and buyers for a wide variety of homes and land. In late 2008, she decided to launch her own real estate company.

With her extensive knowledge of buying and selling in the BVI market, Bonnie enjoys the real estate business and loves to help clients find the home or land of their dreams either to rent or buy.

For clients wishing to sell their properties, with her experience in home renovation, Bonnie can give owners a lot of input on how best to market and stage their home to achieve a faster sale for the most money.

Just as important, once a sale or rental has been negotiated, Bonnie focuses on following through the entire legal pathway to the end, helping clients understand and feel comfortable with the process.
